The Crosstourer petrol cap was bigger on my 2013 model

Touratech was willing to sell you the AT attachment only? How did you proceed with buying it?

My experience is the same. TT shop here goes out of their way to get me on the road. Spare parts no charge, test parts, advice, calling main TT office every second day to chase parts for me. Always good to deal with them. It's the main reason why I've held out on ordering from any other shops, unless TT 100% can not get stock.

You guys are lucky that you can do business with good TT shops. I used to be able to buy directly from Germany and they were great to deal with. Then they opened a TT Japan and forced customers in Japan there to buy from it even though the small shop never carries much stock — meaning a ridiculous wait — and is way overpriced compared to the German prices.

Can't buy online? Even eBay some times have TT gear.
I used live in Hong Mong, and used to buy all my music gear (item unrelated I know but works the same) from online store even when they have a dealer in HK, because online is always much faster and most times, cheaper.

This does not work with TT. They recognize the country you're in and will direct you to their reseller.
I always have been a great fan for their products and service, but now...
I don't think they will ever sell one more item to me.

I'm also waiting for one. And Touratech isn't communicating very well either.
