Congrats on finding a solution to this problem. Can you post a link to where you found the spoke covers? I may do this as well. Not sure if I'd use ACF 50 or traditional grease on the spokes but this looks like a cool solution.

I had a Honda CRF 250L a couple of years ago. After just a few months driving it (without spoke covers) the spokes looked like they were 20 years old..

I found these covers at Aliexpress, think I paid 7 US dollar for 72 pieces. But you can find them at Amazon too. Just search for "spoke covers motorcycle or dirtbike"

Good luck...

Didn't realize you were from Thailand. That makes your source easy for you but not necessarily for me. Funny how the WWW makes it seem like we are as close physically to one another as we are to our computer screens. I'd love an ADV Trip through Thailand. Someday . . .yeah right . . .

Aliexpress ships worldwide for free. Not quick, but can't beat the price.

Rusted spokes

I had the same problem with spokes went to my Honda dealer in Dallas AL Lamb Honda who called to put a claim in. I was told that Honda based on the VIN number would replace the spokes but only with what came on the bike as OE. I spoke to the owner about the new stainless spokes on the 18 models and asked if he would call his service rep from Honda to see if they would replace mine with the stainless. He called him and was told he would get back to him, he called me the next day and said I would get the stainless spokes in about 4 days. I have an appointment for next Tuesday the get them installed. It sounds to me when there service people turn you down on the stainless you have to go up the ladder to get it handled. Al Lamb went the extra mile for me and I hope the rest of you with this problem can get your dealer to do the same.

Got a phone call from my local Honda dealer on Friday and my claim has been approved by Honda.
So the new stainless wheels should be on my AT on the 17th of August.
I waited until they had sorted the stainless out as i couldn't see the point in swapping a crappy set for a set that would just go crappy again. Was also told that im lucky i have the black wheels as the back order for the gold wheels is a much longer wait the blacks are also on back order....

I’ll just have to call Honda again
But they look good
