Atas recall

My Honda dealer where my atas is waiting on a fuel pump told me Honda has issued a recall on the atas 2 days ago due to the fuel tank, fuel pump issues. Better late than never I guess.

According to the Honda PowerSports Recall website https://powersports.honda.com/recalls the only recall is for the washer and clip for the accessory centerstand.

And i just had the dealer install the centerstand 2 weeks ago, I'll call to make sure they didn't put in the old one.

Yea I looked on the recall site and didn’t see any recalls either. Just quoting what my dealer said.

Dealer replaced my centre stand circlip when i had a warranty replacement of the instruments cover, which was allowing water to enter.

I do hope this story turns out to be true.

Ran my vin and got nothing. But my 18 ATAS is probably among the end run of production for that model year...

Just got back from dealer today and the service manager said they were aware of the center stand recall and I got the corrected one.
As far as the fuel filter he says there is nothing showing in his computer.

I called Honda customer service yesterday and asked about a recall and the guy said he didn’t show one for the atas fuel pumps. I feel kinda stupid for repeating what my dealer said, that one had been issued. Been trying to get a hold of my dealer but can’t get the service dept. to answer.
At this point I don’t know what to think but every day without my bike just adds to my unhappiness over the situation.

My 2018 has been in the shop since 29 Jun and the dealer states that the computer is showing 17 Aug as the earliest a pump will be available. I'm not believing it. They received the new tank quickly but there are no pumps in the system.

My 2019 atas has been in the shop since July 10. I was not offered a new tank.
