None.

The black version looks so good it could easily be OE.

Sounds great.

30th anniversary DCT 'Sport.

What is the reason you want to change the OEM one? more HP? if yes, it is a total waste of money.

If it is aesthetics reasons, this is a personal taste. As also for the noise. Generally Remus silencers are quite noisy.

Mine isn't noisy, although I do still have the baffle in. With the baffle in it probably sounds very similar to the OE one, but I can't comment on how loud it is with no baffle - I decided I didn't want the bike to be too loud.
I bought it at a fairly good discount & i think it looks better than OE, and the fit and finish is very good. No problems at all with mine.

I just put on my Carbon Fiber Remus, kept the baffling in, louder than stock, not too obnoxious, nice and throaty especially on hills.
