Love the V-power
The VTR is a great bike.
I have two 1998 TL1000S's, the Candy tone lime one I got in 2004 and this one (novelty pearl black) I got in 2000 so 13 and some 17 years owned.
Both are fairly modified but somewhat dinosaurs these days.

Hi Les P

Just have the 2 bikes now, AT and VTR
But love the V twins
Bought a new 04 RC51 in Nicky Hayden livery, that was nice.
Lots of bikes have come and gone, but for whatever reason the VTR seems to hand around. Like you say, dinosours, not worth selling
Soon our old twins will start appreciating in value!
What part of the world you in Les?
Jim M

More Hondas than others

You sold the wrong bike, you should of kept the RC-51 and got rid of the VTR!
Here in the UK the RC-51 was called the VTR SP1-2,one of the few bikes I wish I never sold and now clean ones are fetching big money.
