Australian pricing

Just found out that the top of the line with the electronic suspension is Aus$26,499 retail. I don't think that is a ride away price. If you want to add luggage you'll probably clock 30k. Phew.

In Canada it is just shy of $21,000. No accessory pricing yet so can only guess what it will be out the door. Honda Canada tells me tough luck on purchasing the bike for a while yet as I have to wait until they deem that we are allowed to buy the bike. (I emailed them to ask when I can even put a deposit on one.)

They are directly competing with the BMW R1250 GS according to their latest Canadian documentation that my dealer received last week. (A post card showing the high end AT AS ES DCT vs BMW R1250 GS and the standard AT vs the BMW F850 GS). Honda has certainly acquired some high aspirations.

The one really good thing about the Honda is it is cheaper for parts and maintenance than any BMW.

I am not sure if the new AT is premium enough to be priced within the GS1250 area. I bought a new 2018 unregistered manual AT in the UK this year for 10,200 GBP in March, which I was happy with. Looking at the 2020 pricing, I will be doing a lot more research before going for another AT. I just love the bike but wonder if Honda have overcooked the pricing, especially with so many other great bikes to choose from. I guess sales will determine what incentives may appear!

That is 16300 euro I paid here in the Netherland 22700 euro excl luggage for the DCT but incl VAT

I bought my standard 2017 AT at the start of 2018 from my dealer with 10km on the clock for 10,800chf, (about 9,300)
That left me with a **** load of money over for extras! I feel I was very lucky and my dealer was very fair.


Me thinks we are being duped when politicians tell us there is no, or very low price inflation at the moment!
No interest paid on our bank deposits, everything is getting expensive really fast, and credit card interest rates (when you owe them), still sky high. WTF!

Why drive when you can ride!

Your right are but we all accept it. In your country are two institutions which are doing this and we have them in Brussel. All those green parties where former communist parties and in germany the have someone form the old DDR. What free world bull ****. They create chaos and then they will take very think over and our freedom is gone and our bikes also.
