    Hi PT
Thanks for the response re the Centre stand.
I have had another look and it does not seem right. When the bike is pushed off its stand it slams into the swinging arm making contact via the rectanguler rubber block on the left leg of the stand. The rubber pad on the right leg only makes contact with the frame plate when you sit on the bike and the stand moves up as the LH pad follows the swing arm compression..
I feel that the RHS pad should be the buffer and the LHS should only hit the swinging arm when the wheel falls into a pothole etc.
When on side stand is your LH pad of the centre stand contacting the swinging arm as well as the frame pad on the RHS ?
    Cheers
    Kev
