I'm 6'3" and ride my ATAS with a dirt bike helmet with a visor, but no face shield or goggles. I don't notice buffeting. On My VStrom my head was blown around like crazy until I put on a taller...

Repeated flats on a tire make me think there is something in the tire carcass or rim causing it, like a piece of debris or even a manufacturing defect in the tire. Were you having the same...

Bearings are one of the few things that have a very long shelf life. I don't really track them by miles - but more by tire changes. If you are hard on tires, then you are probably also hard on...

Why do you say almost like limp mode? I mean - that sounds like limp mode to me. What was the fault that they reset, and how did they reset it? Did they disconnect and reattach the battery? I'm...

I spent some time on a couple of 2017 AT's before buying my ATAS. The suspension is definitely better. The tank cutouts on the ATAS seem to curve outward sooner - making for less knee room - but I...

I mounted the Camel Brace on my 2018 ATAS and love it. People complain about feeding the two mounting bolts through the holes under the dash - but it's simple if you use a trick I learned 40 years...

My favorite day ride is a 400 mile loop through the Texas hill country. On my FZ-09 I had to stop twice to fill up. I've done it non stop on the ATAS - but my ass was ready to get off. I had a...

Probably the taller seat and handlebars. I spent a lot of time on a couple of 2017's before buying my ATAS. I'm comfortable on the AT, and I fit the tank cutouts perfectly. The leg angle on the...

CO2 or electric pump?

I used to pack a little bicycle hand pump for long trips because it is light and small - but I think I'll die of a heart attack airing up after a flat in this 100 degree heat. What's your preference...

I like the ATAS seat other than it slopes me a bit forward. I've always loved Corbin seats - but their offering for the Africa Twin seems out of place and an inch too low for me. They will do...

I'm noticably taller at 6'3" than anyone else I've met that is 6'3". I don't stand up straight to be measured - it's too depressing. I could have gone a bit taller. I stand flatfooted on my ATAS...
