yea I did about 200 miles today out in the hill country and the transmission changes on the DCT work great....its really so much better now vs my 2020.
Man, reading about the DCT shift behaviour on the 2020s, did Honda regress on the 2020/1 model year or is the implementation getting better and better for each model year?

I read and experienced good reports on the 2018/19 model years.

imo its just getting better and better. my 2020 was just jerky when operating at slow speeds so it required dragging the brake. I still liked the bike....but man the 2022 is waaaaaaay better, the update to the dct makes a big difference in all driving conditions .. low speed -high speed- off road etc. it is just a lot smoother.

I just had a look at the throttle on my 2022 and there doesn't seem to be nearly as much rotational free play compared to the 2020-21 or maybe I am just imagining it. Taking the free play out of my 2021 with the shims made a massive difference to it so maybe Honda have done a bit of work there to help matters.
