Whelp loosed everything up including the axle and started over step by step...fender is still slightly off haha. As for measuring the ABS sensor gap...I guess I will need to buy some valve shims to check it because I am not sure how else you measure 0.4mm but I am pretty dumb so.. View attachment 97162

My 2020 is off like yours. I have replaced tires a few times and realigned the forks as described but no fix. I keep thinking I’ll mess with washers/spacers but never remember until I’m ready to ride again. I’m guessing the plastic fender mold is just off or something else simple that doesn’t affect function but sucks on a $20k bike. Knuckleheads who say just ride it are missing the point. If it was crooked because I crashed it would be a trophy but I’d probably still try to fix it.
