Seriously though - I love Australia. The size of the sky and the red colour of the Outback - gorgeous. The only problem is the distances involved - Perth was one of my favourite cities when I visited - but you feel like you are miles away from anywhere else - a weird feeling for someone who lives in England. Makes for a good "big trip" though. My sister emigrated out there 2 years ago and my other half's dad lives there too - I feel a trip coming on...

Yep...I think Perth is the most isolated major city in the world (but I could be wrong)! Having driven Sydney - Perth a few times it's a bloody long way....but there's plenty out there to see.:grin2:
