Does anyone know the torque-force i must apply to the spokes.. i adjust them with a normal wrench but now a have a torque wrench but i don't know how many pounds to set it on..

please help.

40-50 inch/pounds is what we normally use when we are building wheels.
Be sure to check and adjust any runout. Just tightening spokes without checking the roundness of the rims is a good way to get them way out of true. Also, if you tighten every 5th spoke (tighten, skip 4, tighten, etc around the wheel 5 times) you are less likely to throw the wheel out of true.

I like your tighten-1 skip-4 routine. I've usually done tighten-1 skip-2 after first checking for runout and bends.
