Looks good. I'd probably hong on to the rear fender since it is set up for dirt but it is bad looking!!

You're missing panniers and hand guards. If you are planning on using those knobby tires, you are going to want hand guards just to protect the levers.

I think even adding somethings to your water can help with retaining a bit more.

Camelbak gets strapped to the side. Then, at each gas stop another water bottle is purchased and added. Only need a couple of extra bottles a bag. :grin2:
