Hi, Just had a set of 4xLED spot lamps complete with their (day time running light) wiring loom delivered. All look pretty simple to wire up until i came to the bit about finding the blue wire coming off the back of the head lamp bulb and connecting into it to put the lamps on full power when you go to main beam on the handle bar switch.
As we all know the AT comes fitted with LED head lamps so not happy about chopping into wires with LED drivers and all that !!!
Also have the honda OEM sub harness and looking at the labels on it one says fog lamps and contains a blue wire.
any clues

On the 4P connector behind the dash, the blue wire gives 12 V when the high beam is on. So with that you can control the regulator. And when applying 12 V to the black/blue wire, when the fog lights are on, you get the fog light indicator lamp on dash working.

Here is how the pair of 4xled.com Superminis look at 10 % power. The 10 % / 100 % regulator comes with the set. I've connected them for 10 % with low beam ("additional DRLs") and 100 % with the hig beam. Cause the northern summer the 100 % test is not yet done.

The build quality and finish is superb, way above the chinese.

Yes, I know. My connection is illegal, the DLRs shouldn't burn together with headlight and Superminis do not have e-approval. I'm gonna tell I rode offroad last night and forgot them on, if asked by the policemen...
