I like how the one below looks since with the seat being blue and the area around it in black it gives the bike a slimmer look, which is something some folks might like.

But even when you're just approaching it and looking at it in person, even from the side profile, it will take on that slimmer look.
It's narrow up towards the front which make riding while standing up much more comfortable, and it looks wide enough at the back that it should be comfortable enough when you slide back while seated. I think it shows that Honda intend this to be used more as a dual sport rather than another 'Adventure Styled' bike.Good news for people with a small inseam!

That narrowness should go a long way in making it much more versatile to a range of riders, being the sort of bike that a lot of people shouldn't have a problem getting on.

I don't think that the narrow seat will be uncomfortable. The material that is used has more to do with that than the width in my opinion. If it is uncomfortable, I'm sure there will be options that riders can choose from to change it.

It seems they went to a good effort to ensure it's easy enough to move around on the bike. The Marquez/Bang Bang videos were good for showing that at least...
That's a setup which makes it perfect for a wide range of riders since that starts with taking away some questioning around inseam, maybe something that will contribute to giving them the competitive edge.
