Hi, I just got this message when I tried to register:
"Registration denied. We check new registrations against a database of known forum spammers. At this time, we are unable to contact this database to verify your registration. We are sorry for the inconvenience but please do try again later." Best regards Øystein

This only happens when you try to register from the first page. When I made this Thread i had to register an account and then everything went good. Regards Øystein

What worked for me was to register while making a post, If I did a straight
register it wouldn`t work.

I've bumped the issue. What kind of browsers are you guys using and are you all on desktop and have had an account on the forum previously?

I am using Chrome everywhere with no problems.
Here, I got the same msg.

Worked: just posted this msg and registered from there.
Everything good now.

I noticed that the Home registration page did not even ask
to retype the password and there was no 'Captcha' field.
Hope this helps.
