Cardo microphone not working

Hi, I have the AT 2022.
I have my cardo freecom 4 and my Samsung phone connected via Bluetooth to the bike only, and I also connect my phone via USB to get Android Auto.

It used to work fine, but for a few weeks now the microphone doesn't work anymore.

I had it tested by connecting cardo directly to the phone and it works fine.
I also changed the microphone to a spare.

I then removed all devices from the bike and paired again. No luck.

I suspect the problem could be from the latest Android Auto version but cant figure out what to do.

Really confused and pissed.

You could try a factory reset on the bike under the settings menu. I gave up doing the bluetooth dance with my bike and just pair my Cardo with the phone. Honda bluetooth is too buggy for my liking.

So do you mean it doesn't work for doing Android commands/phone calls or it doesn't work for intercom functions?

You sometimes have to watch the order you connect 3 way Bluetooth it can effect the way the device is ”seen” in the whole picture, as just a listening device ( speaker )

Right, except for voice all is ok.

What does that means? what is the "right" order?

Mine usually has no problems if I turn on my GPS let it connect to my phone, then turn on my Sena last for the GPS to connect with. I’m not sure why it makes a difference but it does at least on my GPS
