19" is Much better on the tarmac, I would do it again. 19" OEM Honda is not cheap though, keep an eye out and you might find a used bargain like I did!
I needed the adv sports wheel spacers but slipped right on.
As for my use the 19" is much better. I have smaller bikes for dirt riding. Main reason I did this is I am a Supermoto rider of many years, and I wanted to go a little bit in that direction.

How did you deal with suspension? Just lowered preload?

Feel free to DM me. Why would you lower the preload? What I did find besides needing a full setup from stock anyway, it needed a bit of extra preload to compensate for more weight on the front

I am not running 20mm lower suspension like the ADV sports model, if that's what you meant?
