While driving my CRF1000 DCT in sand I struggled with the following difficulty. As soon as I start driving I need to shift up into second gear but the DCT doesn't allow me to do that until I reach certain speed (and this speed is measured in the front wheel). Tried it in all possible modes and with G mode on/off.

Does anybody know how to avoid this?
How does the people make to take a CRF1000 DCT into a dyno test? (Because if the front wheel has no speed the gears won't shift up)

Regards

They attach a second wheel sensor to the rear to fool the system into thinking the front is moving. I'm not sure about the details, but that's what I've read.

Same problem for downshifting uncontrollable
it downshift to 1st gear jerky rough during low speed below 20 km
very bad thing it should stay on 2nd gear
1st gear only for just take off that is the basic for bike riding
awful thing
