First Ride

Took delivery from Tillston Motorcycles and had my first ride today on the Africa Twin (non DCT version) 2 up with my son. Previous two bikes were, BMW K1300S and Honda Blackbird. So a bit of a culture change for me. Only managed 30 miles but am happy so far. Cameron says the suspension was plush sat on the back. Test rode KTM`s 1050 and 1190 before I settled on the Africa Twin. The 270 deg crank gives it the V Twin characteristic but without the vibey feel. Only little gripe is the horn button so close to the indicator switch. Think it would have been better on the RHS cluster.
