Okay I have turned them in 3 turns but want to make sure both sides are equal. can I back the pre-load all the way out without any worry?
it should stop I would assume:grin2:.
then I can count my turns down evenly.
I have never had a set of forks with pre-load adjustment on them I always cut a spacer and put in it.
thank you everyone I realize this is a very basic question to say the least.
manual barely mentions it says not to go beyond limits 8.5 turns in should be stock. out of a max of 15 turns.
I have gotten the compression about the way I like it is 4 clicks softer in the front and 2 softer on rear. need to soften rebound as well.
have a great day enjoy the ride everyone.
