I put MOLLE attachment points on my boxes and got a few different MOLLE bags and holders, turns out I didn’t use them all, then I realized that you could just run the attachment strips over the crash bar tubes. So that’s what I use for “bar bags”
just maybe an option that you might want to consider looking into..
BTW I have some Velcro loop strips that work as the horizontal attachment points (looped around the bar and through the bags attachment points) to keep the bag from sliding back-n-forth on the bars.
I layed my bike over going up a steep sand embankment. Not a scratch on the bike, thankfully, but my handlebars are ever so slightly bent. If anyone with gold colored handlbars swaps theirs out, please let me know. I'm in Denver, Colorado and can pay the shipping.
