I just paid for the preorder.
I've ridden bikes only for couple of years, my first own bike was NC700X and I would love to keep it, but can't... Here, in Estonia, we don't have that long of a season, so can't ride year round. Also theres money issue, so the NC has to go.
When I first started riding, I thought that my bike must be a cruiser, but I was wrong. I didn't buy a cruiser because I couldn't afford one, so I bought a NC. What a great choice that was :) NC showed me that I really like Adventure bikes and now Honda made this wonderful deal.
I'm looking forward to see my new bike for the first time, to ride it for the first time, but unfortunately it will not happen untill March/April :(

My riding season is limited because of the snow and ice. Roads aren't bad around here (if you don't count the Tallinn, capital of Estonia).
I've ridden subzero temperatures and no problem, I have a good riding gear, its just the snow and ice that stops me riding...
I'm already thinking about fitting better tires for the bike. Heated grips will be a must, I fitted those to NC this year and they do make a difference.

hey welcome to the show, we're growing quite the little group here! Something you could consider is a set of winter tires for the AT... they have studded and unstudded sets available... If the cold isnt a problem for you I'd say definitely give them a shot... Plug in a nice set of heated gear and LAUGH at the poor souls trapped in their cages ;)
We'll see :) They use a lot of salt here too and I can't always wash the bike.
