Hi Terry, it seems we both joined this forum at exactly the same time! Early days, but i'm really impressed with my new bike (manual with ABS) and i'm sure you will feel the same when yours turns up.

After 20 years of no Bikes I am hooked again
First a DR 650 then added a V Strom 650 .
After test riding a Africa Twin manual then a DCT . I put a deposit on a new DCT. Due here in early April. Cant wait!!!

Similar to me Terry - I have had a 10 year lay-off doing other stuff and now I'm hooked again. Tri-colour DCT in a couple of weeks I'm told - I loved the DCT too.
I've had my tricolour DCT for a couple of weeks now. Ride each day to work. Can't wait to get going each morning. Get to the heavy traffic and select manual mode on the fly. Great having the option to ride in auto or manual. The gear changes are so smooth too. Fuel economy is good - 4.6l/100kms to date.
Good on ya. I traded my Transalp 650 & ordered a Tri-Color DCT last Monday - Hoping to get it late next week. Test rode the Manual (it's like the Transalp on steroids!), but really like the idea of the DCT.
