You can alter this in the settings menu under display - there is a light and dark mode, and AUTO. dark mode can be difficult to see at times, especially the maps if you use carplay with a phone paired up. I tend to stick to the standard day mode all the time. You can also buy a speedoangel cover for the screen - a non reflective cover which helps massively if you prefer the dark mode.
