It's Akra, but not AT-specific model. Same bike was MP16 Bike Show in Helsinki couple months ago ( more pictures here).

Talking of cool, the last time I was in Finland (Helsinki and then Oulu) the temperature was minus 23 - you need knobbly tires and spikes on bikes when it's that cold, that's for sure!
