Selling my Kawasaki'15 Versys 650 LT this week and buying a new '17 AT. Prices are getting to be too good to pass up. I live in Oregon and will do some Steen's Mountain rides this summer and a trip to Deadhorse in Summer of '20.

I'm going to slowly (as I can afford) upgrade parts to bring it up to near ATAS spec.

Upper/Lower Crashbars (Touratech)
Center Stand (SW Motech)
Barkbusters
Oxford heated grips (got them now, love them)
50/50 tires
Skidplate (AltRider)
Radiator Guard (BDCW)
Eastern Beaver PC8 Pwr Panel
Denali Soundbomb
Denali LED Aux
PivotPegs
Luggage Rack / Hard Side Cases (haven't decided what kind yet)
Top Rack / Box (same as above)

Appreciate all of the generous tips that I've found so far in these forums! Hope to give back to the community soon.

A perfect backroads bike for Oregon. I really enjoyed riding in the Steen Mountains when I was down there a few years ago. I've also explored the area around Sisters and farther west over to Newport/Siletz and the forestry roads around there on many journeys. You'll be perfectly set up with your new Africa Twin. Good luck!
