I just purchased a pair of Rigid Industries Ignite floodlights and was disappointed to find a wiring harness was not included.

So my question to you electro gurus is...is a single plug wiring harness enough to power the Ignites combined with a splitter (see below pic)?

Or will I have to buy double connectors such as below:

And below are the Ignite's specs for a single (for double...double the numbers):
Specifications:
Low Minimum Voltage: 6-28 VDC
Watts: 12
LED's: 1
Raw Lumens: 1000
Lux @ 10m: 18
Beam Distance: 80 m
Peak Beam Intensity: 1786 cd

First cabling option is ok.
The only thing is should care about is "ampere", i.e. how much current flows in the cables and the switch. In this case, as the led lights are very efficient, just a coupe of ampere are going to flow in the circuit. You would not even need a relay, if the switch can support 2/3 ampere. Anyway the first cabling option would be perfectly fine.
