Just took delivery of a 2017 AT. Had a 2015 KLR I only picked up in July and an amazing deal came up from a local dealership for a never ridden 2017...had to jump on it (much to the wife’s chagrin). Glad to be here!

I also had a KLR a 2014 that I put a LOT of miles on...
You will find the AT to be a little bit more of a handful off road in sketchy situations, but I found it’s very stable (more then the KLR) off-road in general, especially in ruts. And too a bit more pricey on upgrades and upkeep.. But I do love my AT... BTW the wife should like that it does have a bit more wiggle room in the saddle, mine did..

Yet another KLR convert. Had a 87 and a 16 KLR. The AT is in a whole other class as far as power and tech.

...and no Doohickey to worry about!

Enjoy the new ride!
