Hey crew, I was doing a spring upgrade to my 2017 AT and wanted to increase the rebound dampening in the forks. Anyhow, I damaged the mid-valve cup that the washer/spring sits in for the compression side. Does anyone know where to get a replacement? I ordered what i thought was the correct part from technical touch but it was much bigger than what I need. This resembles the part i'm looking for: Thanks in advance.

Honda and most manufacturers don't sell the individual valving parts. Check with some of the other larger suspension specialists - Race Tech, etc?

Recommend you check with suspension shops and look for riders that have replaced Honda OEM with Ohlins or other cartridges. Honda only sells the complete Showa cartridge at stupid expensive price. K-tech has cartridges.

When I messed up one of my base valves I found a complete fork leg minus the lower tube on e bay for way cheaper than the OEM cartridge.
Keep an eye out, you'll find something.

Thanks everyone for the responses, racetech and mx-tech were a no go. I reached out to dave J at smart performance INC. for some guidance and I think were going to work something out. Good call black and RM

Yea, I’d say email them and some of the others you looked through with the exact dimensions of what you need. You never know, they may have something that will work too.
