More Off-Road Rec in the USA!

As "The Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act" gets signed into law there are some significant developments for motorcyclists, off road enthusiasts in particular.

In our opinion the biggest win for motorcyclists comes in the form of funding for recreational off-road trails. It's unclear if this includes an increase in funding or simply maintains the current Recreational Trails Program, which offers states funding for maintainins, expanding and improving off-highway recreational areas.

Also of note for US based riders, there will be no more motorcycle-only checkpoints and the Motorcyclist Advisory Council will be re-established.
