I think that I'm really going to like the Giant Loop quick-release pannier plate with the Nelson Rigg soft luggage.

I just finished attaching my old Mosko Moto Backcountry bags to the Giant loop plate; I also have the outback rack. Yes, you're gonna love your setup, the fit of the GL plate on the OM rack is perfect, nice, solid and easy to put on and off.
I dont like the lock and key on the GL plate, wish it wasnt there but I'll live with it.
