From what I understand white won't be making it to the US, at least in the first year.

Yessir I heard that. I will be plenty happy with red but man I love the white with gold rims.

SAME. HRC Tricolour is hands down one of the best looking liveries on all honda bikes. I bought a CBR125 a few years ago just as a runabout because it was just so demmed pretty with gold wheels...

I'm a bit peeved though, up in Canada if you want DCT its Silver only!

I just saw a page that called the Dakar Rally as white. That is on the American Honda site so maybe there is a chance???
