Arai - any model.
I find my Arai 3/4 quieter than many full face helmets.
For cold winter riding, consider a full face.

I had a Nolan modular. At first I thought I liked it. But like any helmet, eventually mileage told me the helmet (N103) was not it for me.
Overall, I think my default go to helmet manufacture is Arai. They simply seem to perform reliably.

Lots of positive votes regarding the Neotec 2.
