So not compatible? Any ideas? Edit: starting bike after initialization start, helped. Hopefully it was just low battery (~12v), will try again to initialize after charging.

I have a 2020 - Follow the instructions in this video:
- I missed out a step and had the initialisation failed message too and got worried. You need to setup sensitivity in function menu then it will work, you probably sorted it out years ago though! :) I just did mine
