Yes, the values are for shift lever up/down load sensitivity. You can play with it until you find your preference.

•This accessory enable the shift change without clutch operation when shifting up and down during acceleration. (Engine speed is more than 1,600 rpm on upshifting or more than the idle speed on downshifting).
•This system does not function when upshifting with the throttle closed.
•This system does not function when the clutch lever is being operated.

One other thing... Honda has had some issues with the quickshifter wiring breaking where it enters the quickshifter (in/at the potting) due to the movement of the wiring there during shifts. For the 2020+ CRF1100, the quickshifter is the same but Honda supplies a grommet and changed the routingand mounting method of wiring out of the quickshifter. Basically, the wiring is secured to the quickshifter with the grommet and zipties to stabilize the wiring out of the qs and prevent movement there.

I did something similar on mine using a piece of tubing for now but will pickup a rubber grommet to install the next time I'm at the hardware store. For longevity of the quickshifter wiring, I'd recommend following the 2020+ CRF1100 mounting method and just make sure the wires coming out of the qs aren't moving when shifting and there is enough slack in the rest of the wiring.

I attached the quickshifter user guide and both the 2018 CRF1000 and 2020 CRF1100 installation guides for reference.
