I have mine almost a year and it's pretty much set up to my idea of ideal for 85% road use. (off road use is forestry type roads with as little mud as possible!)

Oxford heated grips
Bark Busters
Fat Foot (Rugged Roads)
Rear Rack (Rugged Roads)
Bumot Panniers
SW-Motech crash bars
Sat Nav
Conti-Trail Attack 2s (about to be fitted)

If money were no object I'd put on Alpina Wheels and a lowering kit (old man bad back) .. but in reality I'd rather spend the money on fuel and campsites.

That's a good list. I already have 1, 2, 6 and 8. #5 is coming soon as is #7. The only thing I might add to your list is heated grips.

Agreed, I am toying with the idea of heated grips, but shall see how our winter goes. we only have about 3 months of colder weather here, where the heated grips would be used and then the temp hovers between 0 and 5 deg c in the mornings.

3. Arrow Cat removed headers with Barrett Products Slip On Can

6. B&B safari BashPlate

9. (Radiator Guards) B&B

So far my bike will have 5-6-7&9 fitted upon pickup. I will be considering crashbars after I have run it in until then I'll have to be careful off-road. Also very keen on exhaust but don't like the idea of running excessively lean so will wait for more remapping options to be available before I consider that.
