I burnt my clutch out today on my 2018 manual twin. I'm wondering if anyone has had to rebuild their clutch yet, I'm looking for recommendations for friction plates. The OEM kit looks to be relatively inexpensive, but I'm not sure what's out there that can take more abuse.

I'm curious what kind of riding you do that wore it out so fast, what type of environment?

I've seen that happen once when regular automobile engine oil was put into the crankcase of a motorcycle and ridden for a week.

It was a very loose shale climb, lost momentum and had a hard time getting going again. It's 100% my fault, I was in the wrong place with not enough talent.

I ended up going with OEM plates. It was pretty cheap and as long as I keep myself under control I won't have an issue. This current clutch has 18000km of mixed riding.
