Scotoiler priming ? HOW?!?!?

So I spent a good hour trying to prime this bloody thing with no luck. **** hose just keeps popping out. I can see the oil slowing going in, but it's not going all the way.
Anyone help me with how this is done properly? Or how's it's done full stop?

Was hard enough getting into the tank alone. I need to sort it out ASAP as I have a trip this weekend...
