Note: there is an Irish tax included named VRT and it may be possible to reclaim that, could be as much as €1000 but I am not sure about it.

No one will be able to claim the VRT tax back on this bike, it doesn't work like that. Anyone buying this will have to import it into their own territory as well and they are likely to have to pay taxes due in their own region.

The reverse is also true, if you import into Ireland and the bike is younger than a year old you will also have to pay the full VAT as well as import VRT.

how much are you looking for the bike and did you fix any accessories - DCT or clutch ?
