I assume a 19" tube would work for front and rear in a pinch (no pun intended). Anyone have a guess as to what size would fit best? Thanks.

I doubt you'll get a 19" tube to sit happily on the front rim. Even if you can stretch it over the rim, the extra width + tightness on the rim will increase pinching risk when you replace the tyre. Likewise, the extra tube length will do the same on the rear rim. Best to carry two lightweight tubes (less bulky), correctly sized, and replace with a heavy duty tube later........ or, live dangerously and just take patches and a fresh tube of adhesive!

I have carried just one spare tube (a 3.00-21"") on my off road bikes for 50 years and they always got me back home in jammed in my 140/80- 18"rears. I am doing the same for my queen.
