Knowing the high quality of Staintune exhausts, I will be getting one of these to fit to my AT.

Looks nice. $800 though? What are the real benefits? I see a lot of videos with people putting aftermarket exhaust on. I don't get it. A couple pounds less in weight? A teeny bit more pep? For close to a grand, that's a big % of the cost of the bike. Maybe if I was going to race it I could justify spending that much cash on a small performance gain. Not being negative on the exhaust system, think it looks fantastic.

I really like the high set exhaust as well and would be keen to fit one but I do like the black aluminium can of the Barrett I just wish they did a high set like staintune. I agree 800 for a Can is a lot of dough. I see an exhaust as weight savings, looks, sound and performance I would also like to remove the cat (gets too hot) not many other parts offer that amount of benefit. Having said that the Barrett Can is only around $600
