+ 1 for plenty of room.
SWMBO sat on the back at the NEC and there was a lot of room without panniers - a bit tighter (but not too bad) on the low-seat one with the Honda panniers (didn't try the bike with the H&B panniers).
More worryingly, on both bikes she could also get her feet down when in the driving seat...
