Tank bag fitment with Scott’s steering stabilizer

Howdy.. a little worried with my fitment of my Mosko tankbag and the Scotts stabilizer… particularly the connecting strap to hold the other straps so they don’t fall… it looks like a potential hazard that can contact the stabilizer. Pics below… thoughts?

That would make me a bit nervous. I think I’d find an empty parking lot and make several tight turns and evaluate.
