The bike doesn't appear to be much larger or sound much different from my current DR650. Will reserve final judgement until I can actually sit/ride one, but USA MSRP of $12,999 seems a bit high. YMMV.

Hopefully you plan on strapping a gopro onto it, wouldn't mind seeing that sort of coverage

I don't actually care about the temperature that much, only that roads are covered with ice. I would still be riding right now, if I would have the bike.
Even if there is going to be a warm winter and almost no snow, I can't start riding before April because of the money...

It sounds so nice when revved or even just idling. Can't wait until next year for more videos.

Some guys I know don't go out once it reaches a level of cold that impacts the tires.
