Got mine a week or so ago. No fitting instructions in the box, so that's where it's staying for now. Not sure if I'm keeping it or flogging it.

There wasn't a piece of paper in the box with a web address for an installation guide? It's easy to fit.

Thanks for the link. Easy enough to fit but i wanted to keep the crossbar free for a satnav as that looks like (for me) a good location to have it. Saves looking down to the handle bars every time.

The photos are only to show the TripMaster installed, not to explain the problem TrueAD :)

When it resets turning on the engine i lose the partial distance, the clock and al the rest :(

check the batteries aren't dead.
it has two little batteries in it for when the ignition is off, they can last a few weeks or months. pop some new ones in and that should fix it.

Thanks Hub!! I thought about it but wasn't so sure about that because the TM is brand new.

Anyway i'll try to install new batteries, I can't think about any other issue at the moment.

I'll let you know

Changed the battery with a new one CR2032 the TripMaster has gone well for two days.

Yesterday i have washed the bike. After that it started going crazy like the down button was always pressed and after 10-15 minutes has died.

I don't know what to think, i'll re-check the power connector but i'm starting to think that it's an economical version of the real tripmaster...
