Have searched the forum to no avail - just wondering if anyone could tell me the diameter of the wheel axles - front and rear?

Thanks.

The CRF1000L Africa Twin uses the same wheel size as the CRF450R Rally, 21-inch front and 18-inch rear; this allows a useful choice of off-road tyres to be applied. Widths of the rims are 2.15-inch/4-inch and 20mm front and rear hollow axle shafts improves rigidity while saving weight. On the rear wheel’s left side the spokes are arranged tangentially, to make space, and on the right the layout is linear to the hub and rim for strength.

Precisely the reason for my inquiry:wink2: What a brilliant piece of kit - makes a trail side tire change a no-event :grin2:

You guys have any idea if this is also available in Europe? Can't directly find it on Euro shop online. Seems a very hand tool but would be quite expensive to ship it from states to Europe.

Sorry, no idea. I had it shipped from the US to Australia, and from memory their shipping charges was quite reasonable.

Do you as Australian pay import taxes if you import things from the US?
Apparently, there is a cutoff figure, after which you are eligible to pay import duties, but I can't remember what that figure is: $450 or $900 - anyone?
