Good morning,

My name is Andy and i live in the Netherlands.
I am building a custom motorcycle and i hope someone can help me.
I have bought a complete new expensive headlightunit with fairing/windshield from a 2021 Honda Africa Twin CRF 1100.
Now i have to make it work but i don't now wich wire (collor) is for low-beam, high-beam and DRL.
In the connector are 5 different wire's, black, white/red, violet, gray and white/brown and they lead to a Koito led-driver module 35500-8F03E 1832E000307
885TH.
Can somebody tell me how i have to connect these wire's?

I may be wrong but
I suspect the LED driver is contained within the headlight unit in all models.
As the wiring diagram does not show a separate LED driver.

yes you are right, the driver is in the unit.
And the unit has a female connector wich is on the picture.
when you turn the connector 45 degrees to the right it comes lose and fals in to the unit such as i did and it is a hell of a job to open the unit.
at the back of the connector you can see the 5 collered wires.
i show you some pictures.

Hello Hood,

this time i got it, thanks for it.
i was thinking past night for 5 hours and i could not understand why thinks were not matching with each other.
and then i saw it.
this diagram is for the model with the cornering lights which are automatic adjustable in 3 stages and we both don't have that.
i feel stupid that i din't saw that earlier
is there still another diagram without cornering lights?
Maybe helps the modelcode wich is: CRF1100 AM NHB 53H 2021.

I think that diagram is for both. The cornering lights is surrounded by the dotted line, the one above is the headlight.
I will have another look and see if there are different ones but...

There are two diagrams one for manual transmission and one for DCT but they are both identical with respect the headlight driver. Only thing I can think of is maybe your light is from a 2022 model and they are different.

My AT is a 22, USA Specs, and the dim lights are always ON.
I wondered how I can trick the wiring, to leave only the Halos on daytime, as the European Units.
Will study your pics to see if may be able to do something.

Do you have the Auto/Dismiss option available from the right Fn lever?

Nope @Hood
Mi USA specs AT ONLY have volume adjust form RH Fn and LH adjust lever.
I can push/pull all day long these switches, only thing appears is Volume.
And the Dim plus Halos run ALL the time the Ignition switch is ON.
Now when install the Ezcan with the D4's, I want to have only the Halos and 30% from the D4 on Daytime.

Oh well looks like that is another thing that is dumbed down for the North Americas.
Hopefully you at least have the light sensor, if not you may not get the aux lights working as you would like. Does your TFT screen go dim if you cover the left side of the small LCD screen and then brighten if you remove your hand?

Yes, the light sensor works fine.
And yes, unfortunately we live in the same world, but different things in each place!
Even you drive in the wrong side of the road!!!!!!!

now i am confused, 2 different pictures,the first one i got has 6 wires, this one has 4 wires, my connector has 5 wires and all of them have different wire-collors.
Are you sure that a2022 model is different? maybe is that the problem why they don't match😤
