Standard doesn't ATAS does.
Yes there is a USB on all versions of 1100.

 

Unless something changed. The OEM socket is only 2A so it’s only good for charging a phone or SatNav, plugging something like a air compress into it will pop the fuse..Just so you know..

My '22 USA Version was Upgraded from 2A to be covered by a Great 3A Fuse.

 

As @Hood said, Standard 1100 doesn't but there's a space for it and plug in wiring is all there takes approx 15 mins to fit and 10 of those are getting the left fairing off.
I fitted a aftermarket one but OE Honda one is plug and play.

Yes, I also fitted one to my 2021 AT but I went for the Honda one as it was only £24 if I recall.
