Car play music cutting out intermittently

I have a new crf1100 2020 I have a Nolan helmet with n com and it’s all paired up through the Honda system, i Have an issue with it intermittently cutting in and out
if I disconnect the phone from the bike and disconnect the helmet from the bike and go direct to the phone from the helmet it works well.
any ideas

If you have paired the Ncom to the phone, too, then you should remove that pairing. The TFT needs to be the only device connected to the helmet, at any time.
I have a Ncom B901K and I don't have any of the problems you mentioned.

I did delete the direct phone to n com and the phone calling capability works but music doesn’t , I have the n com 601r version. Any other ideas ?
